Two-Year Extension Approved for Brookland Manor Redevelopment

The DC Zoning Board has approved MidCity's request for a 2-year extension, through 8/1/25, on the approvals for the Brookland Manor Redevelopment. The developer stated delays were caused by unsuccessful legal challenges along with post-pandemic construction & capital markets upheaval. Plans for the 20-acre site call for over 1,700 residential units.
