Two-Year Extension Requested for Tenleytown Mixed-Use Project
The development team behind the approved mixed-use project 4611-4615 41st Street, NW has filed a request for a two-year extension to begin construction on the project. Plans call for 41 residential units with a restaurant/bar on the ground floor and a penthouse habitable space. Currently, construction was required to commence no later than March 1, 2023 and while there have been no substantial changes to the project, the permit approval process has taken longer than expected. If the request is approved, construction would begin no later than March 1, 2025.
