UPC Insurance Building in Downtown St. Petersburg Sold for $10.5 Million
The UPC Insurance Building, located in the southwest part of downtown St. Petersburg, has been sold for $10.5 million. The buyer is an LLC linked to Tampa investment advisory firm Third Lake Partners. Earlier in 2022, UPC Insurance sold several of its parcels in downtown St. Petersburg. The three-story building features 40,588 square feet of office space. Built in 1983, the building is situated on a 1.52-acre lot next to an open parking lot owned by the city of St. Petersburg with over 200 parking spaces.
