Updated Designs Presented for North Capitol St. Project
Network Realty Partners has submitted updated plans for the approved 899 & 999 North Capitol project. The firm proposes to modify the ground-floor façade to remove the secondary building entrance previously proposed from its North Capitol Street NE frontage and update related design features along the two-level addition in response to a request from the District Department of General Services (“DGS”), which is the building’s primary tenant.
