Updated Phasing Plan Presented for On The Dot in Southie
On the Dot will be comprised of five new buildings featuring 1.73 million square feet of new office, laboratory, research/development, residential and ground floor retail uses. The project’s phasing approach has been updated so that the first building to receive a certificate of occupancy will be the residential building at 495 Dorchester Avenue. 495 Dot Ave. is set to rise 16 stories and include 331 units total with 57 residences designated affordable.
