Updated Plans Approved for 1000M Tower
The Chicago City Council has approved updated plans for the proposed 805 foot, 1000M tower. This most recent version of the design calls for 738 apartments instead of 506 condos with 325 parking spaces. A full level of the building will also be designated as amenity space to include a pool, game room, and lounge area. The development team now expects to break ground this fall.
