Updated Plans Approved for South Boston Multifamily
A notice of project change has been approved for the planned development at 804 East 7th Street in South Boston. Cabot Ronan LLC intends to purchase the project which will convert the existing three-story building, previously used as a nursing home, into a residential building. Prior approvals called for 21 units but now the unit count has been reduced to 16. The changes also include an increase in the number of family-sized units (2BR & 3BR) from 11 to 16.
