Updated Plans Approved for The Flats at Knowles Station
The Montgomery County Planning Board has approved a site plan amendment for the Flats at Knowles Station. The updated plans allow for a slight increase in density along with an adjustment in the building program. The development will now include roughly 27,000 square feet of commercial space including around 15,000 square feet for 16 hotel/short-term rentals. The number of residential units has now been reduced from 100 to 84.
