Updated Plans Filed for Dorchester Multifamily
Shanti Acquisition has filed amended plans for the previously approved multifamily project at 3 Aspinwall Street in Dorchester. Original plans called for a 4-story building with 34 condos. The initial project was approved by the BPDA in August 2019, however, after considerable instability in the market and exceedingly high construction pricing, the developer was unable to close the necessary funding in order to advance the project to the construction stage. The new plans call for a 5-story project with 45 condos.
