Updated Plans Filed for Kennedy St. Multifamily
The development team behind the multifamily project planned for 5501 1st Street NW has submitted documents for a minor modification to the project. Previous plans for the development were approved in March 2019, now the developer proposes to eliminate the retail space and increase the number of residential units from 46 to 47. The number of parking spaces would also be adjusted, a reduction from 22 to 17.
