Updated Plans Presented for Buzzard Point Mixed-Use Project
Steuart Investment Company & MRP Realty have submitted slightly modified plans for the previously approved mixed-use project at the corner of S Street SW, & Half Street SW in Buzzard Point. The development is set to include approximately 434 residential units and 17,500 square feet of retail. The updates to the design include the relocation of a seating area and the rooftop pool along with extended penthouse massing to incorporate mechanical equipment. Massing has also been carved into to accommodate a dog park. Per the filing, the developers hope to obtain the building permit and break ground before the end of 2023.
