Updated Plans Presented for Parcel 42

Dantes Partners has presented updated development plans for the Parcel 42 site, at 1707 7th St. NW. Plans now call for  110 apartments, 108 of which would be designated affordable, above ground-floor retail space. The building would also include a fitness center and coworking space plus 18 parking spaces.
