Updated Plans Approved for Parkside Parcel 9A
City Interests has won approval for updated plans for Parcel 9A within the Parkside development project. The planned mixed-use building will include 127 residential units, with 26 workforce housing units and 8,500 square feet of commercial space. Plans also include a fitness center and a .25 acre promenade.
