Vale Boston Approved by Woburn City Council
The Woburn City Council has approved the first of two projects within the Vale Boston development on Montvale Avenue. Pulte Homes of New England won approval to build 75 townhomes and 122 multifamily garden-style units on the site. While Life Care Services also won approval for The Delaney at The Vale. This building will include 103 elderly housing units and an extended care facility. Future phases of The Vale will offer class A office, lab, retail, and a boutique hotel.
