Vertical Construction Progressing at Altura Bayshore
Vertical construction moving fowrard at Altura Bayshore. The foundation work at the tower began after the April 6 groundbreaking. Altura Bayshore will have 73 units, 67 residences and 6 penthouses. All units will have east and west views of the bay and Bayshore Boulevard and come with private elevator access. Amenities, located on the 4th floor and the rooftop include a pool pickle-ball courts, bocce courts, synthetic turf putting green, half-court basketball, dog park with shade pavilion, a terrace with fire pit and social seating areas, large bar area with tables and bar stools, barbecue grill areas. The completion is estimated in the fourth quarter of 2023/first quarter of 2024.
