Vertical Construction Underway at North Tampa 75 Business Center Building 1
Rooker Company has started vertical construction at North Tampa 75 Business Center Building 1. The planned industrial building will offer 187,000 square feet of space. North Tampa 75 Business Center Building 1, part of a four-building industrial park, is located along I-75 in Pasco County, north of Tampa. The space is divisible to 24,000 square feet, features include 32’ minimum clear height, 50 trailer parking plot (expandable to 65) 130 car parking spaces, 40 dock-high doors (9’x10’), 2 drive-in doors, 60 mil TPO Roof, R20 Insulation & 15-year warranty, 6” Reinforced Slab, ESFR, tilt-wall construction, 149,000 local residents travel to different county for work each day (US Census). The property is located 29 minutes from Tampa and one hour, 30 minutes from Orlando. According to Rooker, construction will be complete in the first quarter 2023.
