Walls Going Up at East Tampa Commerce Center
The walls are going up at East Tampa Commerce Center as construction progresses. The new Class A distribution center will include three warehouses ranging from 85,000 to 91,440 square feet. The new center will be adjacent to the Palm River Center industrial area, which includes a building acquired by Graham & Company along with the parcel of land for the new development. The location, just off US 301, is convenient to I-4, I-75 and the Selmon Expressway.
