Watertown Life Science Campus Gets Green Light
Broder has won approval for a planned Life Science Campus along Pleasant St, Rosedale Rd & Acton St in Watertown. The project will include new construction of a four-story 133,000 square-foot lab building and a separate two-story 9,800 square-foot retail building. The retail building will be attached to an above-ground parking structure, an outdoor pavilion, as well as an existing four-story 53,000-square-foot lab/office building. The development will include primarily electric building systems to be “Net-Zero Ready”.
