Wellesley Commercial Portfolio Trades for $45.5M
Haynes Management has sold its Wellesley commercial portfolio to Jumbo Capital for $45,500,000. The sale includes 21 buildings featuring over 370,000 square feet of space. Buildings included in the transaction include 40 Grove St, a 4-story, 50,000-square-foot office constructed in 1975 for $15M. 336 Washington St, a prominent landmark stone office building traded for $5M, and 366 Washington sold for $4.15M.
