A $55 million loan has just been secured for 1 Wythe Avenue, an 8-story commercial project, set to rise in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Issued by G4 Capital Partners, this considerable chunk of change will go directly towards the construction of the new development.
Developed by , the building will exclusively contain office and light manufacturing space. Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The project was recently greenlit at the beginning of March, at which time it received strong support from each of the zoning committees involved in the public review process.
