Window & Facade Install Underway for NoMa Mixed-Use Project
Concrete operations continue on floor 11 of the NoMa Center project with façade work progressing and masonry swing installation complete on the east and south elevations. Interior framing and MEP rough-ins are revving up, and the John Moriarty team expects to begin unit mock-ups soon. The mixed-use development will feature 472 residential units, 235 hotel rooms, and 40,000 square feet of retail space to Washington DC's NoMa.
