Windows Installed at Riverview6
The installation of the windows has begun and topping out is anticipated in the coming weeks at Riverview6. The new affordable housing project is going up in Bradenton. Located at 6th Avenue W. and 9th Street W., Riverview6 will offer 80 affordable housing units, a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 601 square feet to 1,085 square feet. The five-story complex will feature 3,000 square feet of commercial space and 3,000 square feet of residents’ amenities on the first floor. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center and children’s playground. Completion is expected in Summer 2004.
