WinnDevelopment Planning Redevelopment of Historic Worcester Property
WinnDevelopment has announced they have entered into an agreement to purchase the historic Slater Building in downtown Worcester with plans in the works for a mixed-use affordable housing redevelopment. The 10-story property was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980 and the developer expects to use historic tax credits to preserve the exterior of the building as part of the project.
