Wood Partners Closes on Hyattsville Development Site
Wood Partners has acquired the 3+ acre development site along Elling Road near the new New Carrollton Metro Station for $9,500,000. Plans for the site call for a 5-story multifamily building to include 320 units, a mix of studios through 3 bedrooms. Amenities are set to include fitness spaces, a pet spa, an outdoor kitchen and outdoor pool area with seating, a sky lounge at the 5th floor ad interior residential lounge with a bar area, multiple TVs and socialization spaces, and active gaming.
