Work to Begin on Phase 1 Renovations for One Lincoln
A permit valued at $6,518,667.00 has been pulled to begin work on phase 1 of renovations for One Lincoln in the Financial District. This first phase of three includes the repositioning of the main entrance to Essex Street and adding a new canopy. The work will also include upgrades to the lobby and the addition of bike rooms and lockers. Future phases will see the addition of alfresco dining, a Bier Garten, and a fitness center with a boxing ring. The 840,000-square-foot office is being reinvented with every detail considered to create a new wellness experience.
