Zoning Amendments Sought for Elmhurst School
Zoning map and text amendments have been requested for 45-20 83rd Street. The amendments will facilitate the development of two new buildings on the land, with one of those being The Renaissance Charter School. The school will be developed by Barone Management and will contain 39 classrooms, 5 program rooms, a 6,000 sqft. gymnasium, and a 3,000 sqft. cafeteria. It will amass 67,286 sqft. and will even include a sizable outdoor terrace as well as a courtyard.
