Pricing and amenities of 320 Maverick Street new-construction condominiums in Jeffries Point revealed
320 Maverick Street, a 33-unit new-construction condominium building in East Boston’s Jeffries Point neighborhood, will open this Fall and feature one- and two-bedroom residences ranging from 612 to 1,204 square feet in size. Now on sale, one-bedroom pricing starts in the high $300,000’s, and two-bedrooms start in the low $600,000’s.
320 Maverick Street residences feature luxurious amenities including hardwood flooring, kitchens and bathrooms with silestone countertops and brushed nickel fixtures, stainless steel Whirlpool EnergyStar-certified appliances, energy-efficient LED ceiling downlights in entertaining areas and bedrooms and on-site parking. Each residence features a Juliet balcony, and a landscaped community patio area is located on site; select penthouse residences feature private rooftop decks.

Wood framing of 320 Maverick Street’s superstructure has reached the building’s fourth floor and will soon top off at five stories tall. 320 Maverick Street’s elevator cores have reached their full height of five stories. Superstructure work underway at 320 Maverick Street
The foundation of East Boston’s upcoming 320 Maverick Street condominium building is complete, and steel erection to construct the building’s ground-floor podium is nearly complete. Once complete, the steel podium will support a wood-framed superstructure containing the development’s condominiums. A deed was recorded today for an easement granted by Massport to 320 Maverick Street LLC for a sum of $90,000. The easement is granted along Lamson Street, which borders the 320 Maverick Street development site:
A second deed was recorded granting an adjoining parcel bounded by Maverick and Lamson streets to 320 Maverick LLC for a sum of $1:
We also recently stopped by the 320 Maverick Street construction site; our photographs are posted in the slideshow above. There appeared to be activity on site; a phone call with 320 Maverick Street developer John Zirpolo confirmed that the construction equipment currently on the site is staging for a triple-decker currently under construction across from the site. The triple-decker is pictured below:
