New luxury apartments now leasing at South Boston's 11 On The Dot, Publico restaurant opening Tuesday

New luxury apartment residences are now leasing at 11 On The Dot, and neighborhood restaurant Publico Street Bistro will open on the building's ground floor this Tuesday (February 28th, 2016). Publico will serve "tasty, bold-flavored foods" influenced by worldwide cuisines. Publico will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 5 PM to 12 AM and will serve brunch on Saturday and Sunday. 11 On The Dot is located in the heart of South Boston steps to Perkins Square. Allure at 11 Dorchester Street exterior nearly finished, interior work underway

Metal exterior finish panels and windows are nearly fully installed along Allure at 11 Dorchester Street’s exterior, and interior finishes are underway. The new $8 million building, located in South Boston steps to Perkins Square, will contain 30 residential apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms and a 130-seat ground-floor restaurant, Republic, that will feature a 1,922 square foot open-air atrium with three fire pits and a bar. Allure at 11 Dorchester Street tops off, installation of windows and sheathing begins

Allure at 11 Dorchester Street’s superstructure has topped off. Central air exhaust vents have been installed and are visible on the building’s roof.

The building’s shell is almost completely sealed with waterproof sheathing and Andersen windows. Installation of exterior and interior finishes will commence imminently.

Allure at 11 Dorchester Street nears top-off

Allure at 11 Dorchester Street's frame is close to topping off. The building has risen four stories and will be a total of five stories tall. We are looking forward to watching the upcoming installation of Allure at 11 Dorchester Street's exterior and interior finishes. Allure at 11 Dorchester Street will bring new energy to South Boston's Dorchester Street corridor with 30 residential units and a restaurant.

Demolition complete at Allure at 11 Dorchester Street

The former industrial building at 11 Dorchester Street has been demolished. Earthwork is now underway to prepare the 11 Dorchester Street site for construction of a new mixed-use building, Allure at 11 Dorchester Street.
