Boston East is a six-story mixed-use development on the East Boston Waterfront. Boston East features 200 residential apartments and public waterfront amenities including a Harborwalk, art galleries, historic interpretive exhibits, available kayaks and paddleboards and a boat launch.

Six apartments at Boston East will be artist live-work units. 26 apartments at Boston East will be designated affordable. Apartments will range from studio to three-bedroom configurations and will include one-, two- and three-bedroom loft units. Each Boston East apartment includes a full-sized, vented GE washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a deep-soaking bathtub, oversized windows, quartz countertops, hardwood-style flooring, and custom walk-in closets. Select apartments feature patios and balconies and an industrial, moveable kitchen island.

Resident amenities at Boston East include 24-hour concierge service, a club room with a fireplace, meeting space, and Wi-Fi, a state-of-the-art fitness center decks, a courtyard with a fire pit and lounge areas and a large indoor-outdoor rooftop lounge. An underground garage will be built at Boston East with 120 vehicle parking spaces, including on-site Zipcars and bicycle storage.
