Expansion of the existing Stillings Street parking garage in Fort Point to include new office and retail space now available for lease. The existing building features six stories of garage parking underneath two stories of office space. A two-story, 54,712-square-foot steel addition has been constructed atop the existing eight-story building, expanding the building to 10 stories high and expanding rentable office space to 109,807 square feet from 55,095. A section of the building's ground floor along Boston Wharf Road has been converted into 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. As part of the project, total parking spaces at the Stillings Street parking garage have decreased to 559 from 583.

The Stillings Street parking garage features cutting-edge structural design with an open, largely column-free layout. The building features approximately 28,000-square-foot floor plates with 15-foot slab-to-slab ceiling height. Sweeping views of Boston Harbor, the Seaport District, and Downtown Boston are visible throughout the Stillings Street parking garage. The building presents an opportunity for the construction of outdoor tenant balcony and roof deck spaces.

Office tenants at the expanded garage will include co-working space provider Industrious and insurance software company Duck Creek Technologies, each of which has leased approximately 30,000 square feet. The Stillings Street parking garage is located in the heart of Fort Point steps from the MBTA Silver Line, the Seaport District, Downtown Boston and Boston Harbor.
