Expansion of the existing Stillings Street parking garage in Fort Point to include new office and retail space now available for lease. The existing building features six stories of garage parking underneath two stories of office space. Sweeping views of Boston Harbor, the Seaport District, and Downtown Boston are visible throughout the Stillings Street parking garage. The building presents an opportunity for the construction of outdoor tenant balcony and roof deck spaces.
Office tenants at the expanded garage will include co-working space provider Industrious and insurance software company Duck Creek Technologies, each of which has leased approximately 30,000 square feet. The Stillings Street parking garage is located in the heart of Fort Point steps from the MBTA Silver Line, the Seaport District, Downtown Boston and Boston Harbor.
