Completed expansion of construction manager Suffolk Construction's existing headquarters facility by 38,000 square feet with new office and amenity space.
Amenities include an auditorium, collaborative workspace, a new cafeteria, a salon, a massage room, a fitness and wellness center, new conference rooms, a ground-floor outdoor patio, and a second-floor outdoor terrace.
A new Smart Lab located within the expansion will be used to identify, test and scale transformative new construction technologies. 74 new surface parking spaces have been constructed as part of the expansion.
