A two-story addition will be built atop the existing building; a five-story addition will be built at the building's rear. An on-site parking garage will be built with the capacity for 18 cars. 69 A Street abuts a second approved development project at 45 West Third Street. 

The structural additions will be sufficiently set back from the front elevation of the existing building, cutting out the corner at A Street, extending pedestrian zones and easing entry into Athens Street, encouraging a vibrant live/work/play environment through streetscape improvements.
