Developer The Druker Company is ready to begin construction at EB80 and is waiting to sign a major office tenant before breaking ground. John Moriarty and Associates will manage EB80's construction. When complete, the 308,000 square foot EB80 will consist of 290,000 square feet of office space and 18,000 square feet of retail space.
EB80 is the first approved office building in a rapidly-developing corner of Boston's South End. On February 3rd, 2016, developer Nordblom Company filed a letter of intent with the Boston Redevelopment Authority to construct a 216,000 square foot addition consisting of office space to an existing parking garage located across the street from the Ink Block development.
