21 Unit Multifamily Approved in South Boston
RISE has won approval for a 4-story, all electric, multifamily at 27 Farragut Road in South Boston. The development will include 21 units, a mix of studios, 2 & 3 bedrooms, with 4 designated affordable. As part of the project, the development team will contribute $20,500 to the City’s Fund for Parks which will be used to maintain the green space and facilities at Christopher F. Lee Playground nearby.
