$6.5M Fitout Permit Pulled for Downtown Office Tower
A permit valued at $6,572,000 has been pulled for the fit-out of new offices for SVB Leerink at Exchange Place. The work on the 39th & 40th floors of the building will include demo along with new lighting, flooring, millwork, and finishes. The project also calls for a new set of interconnecting stairs between the floors.
