The permit was filed by the Commerce Building Assoc & 1730 K St Assoc Llc Text for permit is below:
"Interior demolition to vacant office space on the 11th and 12th floors as shown on the electronically submitted MEP & Architectural demolition dwgs. Interior work only. No change in use. No Structural work involved. 34,000 sf work scope each floor."
