Twin Tower Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Kendall, Florida
New-York based developer Kimco Realty has plans for a new development with two 12-story towers that would bring 630 apartments and 35,000 square feet of retail space to Kendall, Florida. The proposed development is located on seven acres on the site of the Palms at Town & Country Mall. The studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will range from 528 to 1,615 square feet. The community would include pools, amenity decks and parking garages. Construction will be completed in phases, the first phase will contain 269 apartment units and 13,000 square feet of retail space. Phase two will feature 361 apartments and 22,000 square feet of retail space.
