Affordable Senior Housing Development Planned in Miramar, Florida
A new senior affordable housing development is planned in Miramar, Florida. Pinnacle at La Cabaña will contain 110 one- and two-bedroom units with enhancements to ensure adaptability for an aging clientele. Amenities will include an array of multipurpose facilities catering to the wellness and social activities seniors crave, all with rents affordable for those on fixed incomes. Community amenities offered include a meeting and community gathering space with outdoor lanai, bonus top-floor lounge, cyber lounge/library, resident storage, fitness facility, private multi-purpose room for wellness programming, controlled-access entry, and dog-walk area. The development is the culmination of a years-long strategic partnership between Pinnacle and the City of Miramar to develop seniors housing on surplus city-owned land.
