Alpha Management Acquires Multifamily Properties in Allston & Newton
Alpha Management has acquired the multifamily properties at 175 Adams Street in Newton & 80 Gardner Street in Allston. The Newton property, which traded for $11,250,000, features 31 units. The firm also paid $12,300,000 for 80 Garnder Street a roughly, 35,000 square foot 4-story multifamily constructed in the 1980s.
