Apartment Community with Workforce Housing Approved in Palm Beach Gardens
The Palm Beach Gardens City Commission approved the plans, submitted by developer Vista Residential Partners, for a new apartment community in Palm Beach Gardens. Vista Gardens will offer 221 apartment units, with 10 percent (22) designated as workforce housing. The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments will be contained in four-story buildings. Community amenities include two pickleball courts, pool, dog park, one-mile walking trail, clubhouse, fitness center, game room, and golf simulator.
