BridgeInvest Closes $29M Construction Loan for Bay Harbor Islands Condominium Development
Miami-based private real estate lender BridgeInvest originated the $29M loan for the construction financing of Indian Creek Residences & Yacht Club. The loan represents the most recent transaction through the firm’s Specialty Credit Fund IV, which focuses on development, bridge and value-add lending across the United States. The boutique residential property is being developed by New York and Miami-based Landau Properties. Indian Creek Residences and Yacht Club will offer nine luxury condominium residences and six private yacht slips. The boutique property will provide one of the only private yacht clubs in the area. The location on Bay Harbor Islands overlooks Indian Creek Island.
