Brookland Lanes Development Team Files for Voluntary Design Review
Urban Investment Partners have filed a voluntary design review application for the redevelopment of the Brookland Lanes site in University Heights. The project team is planning a mixed-use residential and retail building with approximately 337 residential units, approximately 30,165 square feet of retail, and approximately 99 below-grade parking spaces.
