Building Permit Application Filed for Mixed-Use Project in South Tampa
Tampa-based developer SSG Commercial has filed a building permit application with the City of Tampa for a mixed-use project. Interbay Commons will consist of a 6,600 SF Strip shopping facility, 8,400 SF daycare facility and 30 townhome units. The project will be constructed in phases, the daycare center and retail building will be constructed first, the proposed townhomes will be constructed in the future. The location in south Tampa is convenient to residential neighborhoods and shopping and dining venues.
