Chelsea Industrial Portfolio Acquired for $68M
Hines has purchased a group of industrial properties in Chelsea, MA for a total $68,600,0000. The properties include 22 Willow St. a 5+ acre site with plans in the works for construction of a new 150,000 square foot industrial building with 33 loading docks. Additional properties at 260 Marginal Street & 86 Suffolk Street were also acquired as part of the transaction.
