Concrete Pour Complete at Okan Tower in Miami
The concrete pour has been finished at Okan Tower in Miami. A crew with 1,200 concrete trucks and 300 workers poured the foundation of on Friday, March 29. Approximately 12,000 cubic yards of concrete, with a weight of over 20 million pounds, was poured over 36 hours. Okan Tower is a mixed-use development planned to rise 70 stories and include 163 sky residences, 236 short-term rental residences and 64,000 square feet of Class A office space. Plans also call for 10 floors of parking.
