Construction Progressing at Lake Wire
Construction crews have made progress at Lake Wie, a new mixed-use development in Lakeland. The frames are partially up on four of the buildings. Lake Wire, which will be developed in two phases, will include more than 300 apartments and 15,000 square feet of street-level retail space. The development will be constructed on a 22-acre site that fronts Lake Wire in west downtown Lakeland with easy access to US 92 and I-4.
