D+P Real Estate Celebrates Ribbon Cutting for Link St. Development
D+P Real Estate and Truth Box, Inc celebrated the ribbon cutting for Parcel 6 last week. The mixed-use, mixed-income complex is a catalyst for mid-rise mixed-use development in the I-195 Innovation & Design District. Two mixed-use structures housing 10,000 SF of commercial/retail spaces with 62 residential units above anchor the site and provide the gateway from the West. The easterly portion of the site brings a 13,000 SF Trader Joes and plenty of parking to support such a needed use in this area of the city.
