Demo Set to Begin for Georgetown Luxury Condos
Permits have been pulled to begin the demo of the West Heating Plant along 29th St. NW in Georgetown in the first week of September. The demolition will make way for a 10-story luxury condo project to include 70 units managed by the Four Seasons Hotel. Construction is expected to last through 2026.
