Developers of Brickell Condominium Development Secure $70 Million in Construction Financing
Developer North Development has obtained $70 million in construction financing for Domus Brickell, a 12-story condominium building. Cushman & Wakefield secured the loan from Forman Capital and Core Capital. Ground has been broken and construction is underway on the project. Located in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Domus offers 171 fully furnished flats ranging from studio to two-bedroom apartments. The flats are designed to combine the convenience of and service of a hotel with the comforts of home. Amenities include a 4,200 square foot lobby and gathering space, rooftop pool deck, café, wine and beer bar, gourmet market, garden lounge, state-of-the-art gym and steam room. Completion is expected in Winter 2025.
