Fort Partners Acquires Surfside Sites for $60 Million
Miami-based Fort Partners has acquired two development sites in Surfside for $60 million. The two sites are 8995 Collins, the location of the former Surf House condominium, and 9000 Collins is a surface lot across the street. The sites are a combined .77 acres. Fort Partners owns two parcels of land adjacent to 9000 Collins.
